Commerce Forge started in January 2011. It has more than 15 years of experience in digital marketing, web design, and SEO as an agency. Our team lead, Mark B Marquis, has over twenty years of experience. He has worked with national brands and complex e-commerce platforms for most of his career. Now, he focuses on helping businesses in Southern New Hampshire succeed.

We're not a new startup figuring things out on your dime. We have been doing this successfully for over ten years. Now, we are bringing our expert knowledge to local businesses in our community.

For website projects: No ongoing contract. Once we complete your website and you're happy, that's it. You own everything, and there's no ongoing obligation.

For monthly marketing services: We require a 6-month minimum commitment, then services convert to month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel.

Why 6 months? Because effective marketing needs time to work. SEO takes 3-6 months to show significant results. Content marketing builds momentum over time. Ad campaigns need data to optimize. We want enough time to deliver real results, not just start something and stop before it works.

After the initial 6 months, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No long-term lock-in.
