Our long-time client was ready to move from Magento 1 to Magento 2. We wanted to do things as efficiently as possible and clean up lots of items for them at the same time. We designed a new layout and simplified design for them in Magento 2. Then we added/replaced extensions and features that were no longer needed or that needed to be updated. It was a good time to optimize their navigation too so we did that for then. finally we migrated the products and content from the Magento 1 website we built for them years ago to the new Magento 2 site!
